As an Online Business Manager/Virtual Assistant at Wishup, you will be a remote full-time employee working with one or more US-based clients. Job Profile and Responsibilities
As a Virtual Project Support Coordinator, you will work closely with clients on a variety of tasks, including:
- Ecommerce Assistance (Amazon Seller/Shopify)
 - Project Management
 - Advanced Excel and MIS Reporting
 - CRM and Lead Management
 - Online Research
 - Lead Generation
 - Executive Assistance (Itinerary Planning, Calendar Management, Inbox Management, etc.)
 
Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring seamless execution of projects and tasks. You will be required to work in US time zones, which may include shifts such as Mon-Fri, 6:30 p.m. - 3:30 a.m. IST or Mon-Fri, 9:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. IST.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- At least 2 years of full-time corporate experience
 - A stable career employment track record
 - Impeccable written and spoken English
 - An aptitude for mathematics and logic
 - Solid experience in resolving work-conflict situations
 - Ability to be constantly self-driven and organized
 - Ability to work in US time zones
 
In addition to these qualifications, you should have a strong foundation in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and be comfortable with technology and digital tools.
