As a PROServices Execution Tech Liaison Senior Manager, you will serve as the Lead and System Administrator for multiple platforms across PRO Services, including Installation Management System (IMS), Sale Furnish & Install (SF&I), Installation Made Easy (IME), Service Provider Portal, Repairs, and more.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for providing system-specific expertise, training, support, and troubleshooting for our PRO Services systems. You will serve as the point-of-contact for questions and issues regarding the systems and associated processes, working closely with business leaders and other stakeholders to identify needed system enhancements and define requirements for them.

  • Serve as the Lead and System Administrator for multiple platforms across PRO Services, including IMS, SF&I, IME, Service Provider Portal, Repairs, and more.
  • Provide system-specific expertise, training, support, and troubleshooting for PRO Services systems.
  • Identify system enhancements, define requirements, develop business cases, and work with Technology Product Management to design and test solutions.
  • Resolve work order issues through troubleshooting and responding to escalations, including direct inquiries, 4S mailbox, and Remedy tickets.
  • Partner with Technology to develop a strategy for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and subsequent testing prior to application launch.
  • Support additional New Technology Development across Services, including platforms like APEX, AIM, Remote Order + Tender, Automate Payments, Reconciliation, and more.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field, and 6 years of related industry experience (Installation, Repair, or US Home Improvement).
  • 6 years of experience in data analytics, performance reporting, or a related field.
  • Preferred qualifications include 6 years of experience in a Store Operations role, with an emphasis on Install and/or Specialty Sales experience.
