As a Success Architect, you'll play a vital role in implementing and adopting this platform for new and existing customers, helping them transform their sales and marketing processes and leverage the full potential of conversational marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and lead customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of our platform
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to outline the optimal technical architecture for customers onboarding Qualified products
  • Document technical requirements to implement a Qualified Data Model aligned with customers' business objectives
  • Establish deep consultative relationships with various client business units, providing coaching and education on Conversational Marketing to improve adoption of Qualified products
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for growth
  • Identify successful customers and work with our Marketing team to turn them into advocates with case studies and testimonials
  • Engage in internal product discussions, bringing customer feedback into actionable insights to help shape the product roadmap
  • Executive analysis of customer health score to achieve renewal targets and drive long-term success

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience, with a proven track record of driving customer success and adoption
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and marketing automation systems, with the ability to leverage this expertise to drive customer success
  • Knowledge of web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications, with a strong understanding of how these technologies can be applied to drive business outcomes
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet business requirements with technical solutions and think creatively to overcome challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a passion for making customers successful with software solutions
