About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Recruiter who has specialized experience in hiring tech talent, particularly in R&D and engineering functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with APAC R&D business leaders to develop, prioritize, and deliver on comprehensive workforce plans that meet the company's growth objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of their needs and priorities.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top tech talent, including passive prospects with expertise in APIs, cloud, communications, and enterprise software.
  • Manage multiple requisitions and support multiple business teams, ensuring timely and effective delivery of recruitment services.
  • Collaborate with the local ecosystem to deliver results while maintaining a broad perspective and ensuring global priorities are met.
  • Provide exceptional verbal and written communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with current market trends and business insights, applying this knowledge to drive recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a full life cycle (FLC) recruitment role, supporting mainly R&D functions and/or tech-heavy back-end roles.
  • Demonstrated experience with sourcing keep-warm strategies, including nurturing, attracting, and engaging passive prospects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and support multiple business teams, with a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business insight and current market trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with a proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Knowledge of APIs, cloud, communications, and enterprise software, with a deep understanding of the tech industry and its trends.
  • Experience with recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Certification in recruitment or a related field, such as a Certified Recruiter (CR) or a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification.
