Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Regional Recruiter to support our growing Talent Acquisition department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on high-volume hiring in the construction industry or similar operations industries. As a Regional Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with current legal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for high-volume, exempt, and non-exempt branch positions, including Heavy Equipment Mechanics, CDL drivers, Rental Coordinators, Service Managers, and more.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications.
 - Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources, including job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms, such as LinkedIn, Indeed/Glassdoor, and Grayscale.
 - Screen resumes, manage candidates throughout the hiring process, and negotiate final offers.
 - Meet or exceed recruiting KPIs, including time to fill, cost per hire, and quality of hire.
 - Maintain a robust pipeline of quality passive candidates and ensure compliance with current legal standards.
 - Collaborate with other Talent team members and the onboarding team to finalize the offer process.
 - Develop and maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other designations.

About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Recruiter who is passionate about talent acquisition and eager to make a meaningful impact in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment of exempt sales roles, preferably in the Construction industry or similar Operations industries.
 - Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and other candidate messaging platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed/Glassdoor, and Grayscale.
 - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
 - Knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods, including boolean searches.
 - Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person).
 - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
 - Ability to travel when required (less than 10%).

Compensation and Benefits
The typical base range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
