Job Overview
This critical position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. As a Remote ABA Clinical Director, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring that our ABA therapy services are delivered with the highest level of quality and compassion. This role offers a hybrid schedule, enabling you to work from our clinics situated in Libertyville and Crystal Lake, IL, or remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Communication: Act as a liaison to the COO of MTC Services and the Clinics Director in their absence, enhancing communication and collaboration.
- Team Collaboration: Attend monthly meetings with Clinic Managers and the Clinics Director to encourage consistency and teamwork.
- Policy Development: Partner with the COO of MD and ABA Services, as well as the Director of HR, to create and implement innovative policies and procedures.
- Team Engagement and Mentorship: Engage, mentor, and motivate a team of 10-12 BCBAs and RBTs while managing a client caseload of up to 5 clients, which may adjust based on business needs.
- Supervision and Support: Supervise and support a team of up to 10 BCBAs or Graduate Students, ensuring regular monthly check-ins.
- Clinic Leadership: Participate in weekly Clinic Leadership meetings to uphold training consistency and adherence to company policies.
- Compliance and Auditing: Uphold compliance with internal policies and legal regulations, contributing to both short-term and long-term strategic plans.
- Audits and Documentation: Conduct periodic audits of required documentation, maintaining oversight of therapy notes and productivity.
- Employee Feedback and Engagement: Facilitate stay interviews and gather employee feedback to inform leadership decisions.
- Clinical Manuals and Procedures: Revise ABA clinical manuals to reflect current protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Treatment Plans and Coordination: Ensure timely completion of ABA treatment plans and coordinate with billing for any follow-up actions.
- Strategic Planning and Insights: Communicate trends, concerns, and insights to the COO of MTC Services during monthly meetings, proposing solutions for systemic issues.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: A Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related discipline.
- Certification: Certification as a Behavior Analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Experience: Hands-on experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities.

- Comprehensive knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
- Skilled in strategic planning and policy implementation.
- Experience conducting audits and maintaining compliance.

- Technology Skills: Proficiency in electronic health records and other relevant software.
