As a Remote Call Center Member Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

- Confirming with hotels that proper billing procedures are being followed and that our members have a seamless experience with their reservations, ensuring that all details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Resolving difficult issues with corporate contacts in a positive and professional tone, utilizing excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial solutions.
- Being meticulous about details, ensuring that all interactions with members and hotel partners are accurate, complete, and timely.
- Communicating solutions internally and externally to resolve issues, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure that all concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
What's Needed?
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of recent customer service experience in the travel industry, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to travelers and tourists.
- Availability to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, with a flexible schedule that can adapt to changing business needs.
- Availability M-F 2pm-11pm EST during the 4-week training period, with a commitment to attending all training sessions and achieving 100% attendance.
- 7-year Background Check required, with a clean and clear background check report.
- Exposure to travel booking software & Salesforce is a plus!, with experience in using these systems or similar technologies being highly desirable.
