Job Summary

As a Remote Chat Agent for Workwarp, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat, email, and other digital channels. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also promoting our energy services and products. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and other digital channels, providing accurate and helpful information about our energy services and products.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with customer accounts as needed.
  • Sales and Promotion: Promote our energy services and products, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed customer service and sales performance metrics, striving for excellence in all interactions with customers.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with our energy services and products, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide informed support to customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or chat environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software and technology, including chat platforms and CRM software.
  • Work Environment: Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Energy Industry Experience: Experience working in the energy sector or a related field.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
