Job Summary
As a Remote Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via email, chat, and phone to provide timely assistance. You will also troubleshoot and resolve client issues with orders, accounts, or technical matters, using established protocols and resources.
