What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering amazing customer experiences. Your passion for helping others will shine through as you:
- Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and effective support
- Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customers, resolving their issues with a smile
- Consult on products with compassion, ensuring customers receive the support they need
- Find resolutions for customer issues, turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support
- Residence in Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge, ensuring customers receive accurate information
- Computer experience, with proficiency in software applications and tools
- High-speed internet (> 40mbps), with a reliable and secure connection
