About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, building predictive models, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a talented team of data scientists, engineers, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer support in media strategy, estimation, and improvement that require expertise in advanced analysis work, with a unique focus on Promoting Blend Modeling (MMMs).
  • Collaborate with internal groups in advanced analysis work, including experimentation, estimation, and modeling.
  • Convey data-driven approaches, based on a team-based marketing procedure to build, segment, and test audiences.
  • Cooperate with internal groups to measure, build, and deliver key drives driving all marketing information, with an emphasis on digital marketing information pipelines.
  • Recognize patterns and behaviors that are effective indicators of performance and key drivers for an effective media plan.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in data analysis, statistics, and machine learning. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
  • At least 4 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a related field.
  • Experience working with large datasets, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and visualization.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with advanced skills and experience in the following areas:

  • Experience with Bayesian modeling and statistical inference.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
