About the Role

The Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our global supply chain, including managing relationships with internal stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional projects, and driving business process improvements. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage daily supply chain operations across multiple data center locations.
  • Develop, lead, and support cross-functional organizational drives/projects to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee and monitor vendor performance scorecards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and development of business cases to support process changes or enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements and develop business cases to present to stakeholders for approval.
  • Manage relationships with multiple internal stakeholders at data centers and apply job knowledge to drive business results.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory operations. A bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.

Additionally, you'll need to have experience in project management, business case development, team leadership, and financial analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, are essential for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or graduate degree in a related field.
  • Accreditation in project management.
  • Experience in supply chain management, critical thinking, 3PL vendor relationships, budget creation, and cost management.
  • Ability to apply structured thinking and logic, and provide solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
