As a Full Stack Health Insurance License Required Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Helping customers navigate the complexities of healthcare and Medicare plans, including re-enrollment and other program-related matters
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer information as necessary

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Current and active health insurance license in the state where you reside (no exceptions)
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
