Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for creating and updating detailed reports and templates, developing macros for data cleansing and processing, and providing end-user training. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team supporting operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design and Create Reports and Databases: Utilize Microsoft Excel (Office 365) to design and create reports and databases that ensure functionality on individual computer hard drives.
 - Develop and Implement Macros: Develop and implement macros for data cleansing and processing to automate report and summary worksheet population.
 - Consolidate and Update Reports: Consolidate and update multiple reports for streamlined operations, ensuring preapproval for any modifications.
 - Prepare Final Reports: Prepare final reports that are printable in PDF or hard copy format.
 - Recreate and Enhance Templates: Recreate and enhance various templates and reports, such as daily spot cotton quotations, monthly/annual cotton price statistics, user-fee billing and analysis, and budget operating plan formulations.
 - Ensure Seamless Data Migration: Ensure seamless migration of data into Excel worksheets and apply cleaning macros as needed.
 - Provide Virtual Training Sessions: Provide virtual training sessions, recorded for future reference, on creating and troubleshooting macros and formulas.
 - Develop Instruction Sheets: Develop detailed instruction sheets that comply with Section 508 requirements for accessibility.
 - Support Data Transfer: Offer support in transferring data to QuickBooks templates using custom macros.
 
Required Qualifications
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst with the following qualifications:
- Extensive Experience with Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency in formulas, macros, and data visualization tools.
 - Proven Expertise in Microsoft Access: Creating and maintaining databases.
 - Strong Ability to Build Data Cleansing Macros: Automating processes for efficiency.
 - Skilled in Training End-Users: Creating and utilizing Excel reports and tools.
 - Ability to Work Remotely: Demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.
 - Commitment to Delivering High-Quality Work: Meeting specified timelines.
 
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience may be considered.
