The Human Resources Coordinator Role: A Key Position in Our Organization As a Human Resources Coordinator at Swire Coca-Cola, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees, management, and the HR team. Your primary focus will be on delivering accurate and timely assistance with general HR-related queries, as well as supporting company-wide HR administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Assist employees with general HR-related questions via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information. Partner with other areas of HR to ensure employees' questions are ultimately handled. Own the unemployment claims process, including responding to initial notices, partnering with leaders and HR team members, and coordinating hearings and rebuttals. Manage the administrative process for the company's random drug screen program, ensuring compliance with federal law and company policy. Process requests for employee information updates, system corrections, and entitlement policy corrections. Respond to or forward email inquiries sent to the general HR email inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Process employment verification requests, including DOT and reasonable suspicion requests. Track and complete Form I-9 work authorization reverifications process, ensuring compliance. Maintain self-help employee tools, ensuring the most up-to-date information is always available. Assist with personnel file requests, subpoenas, and other employee documentation-related information requests. Requirements: The Skills and Qualifications We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of experience in a generalist or administrative HR role. Intermediate skill level in MS Office products (Word, Excel). Previous experience with Ceridian Dayforce or similar Payroll/HRIS platforms. Excellent technical skills, including the ability to learn a new HRIS or HRIS processes quickly. Preferred Qualifications: What Will Set You Apart While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI). Experience with HR-related projects, such as employee engagement initiatives or process improvements.
