Medical Record Reviewers Needed
I need several workers to summarize medical records in chronological order. For Office or Hospital Visits include Date of Report, Name of Treating Doctor, Subjective Complaints, Diagnoses and Treatment Plan. For any diagnostic report (X-rays, MRI's, etc.) include Date of Report, Name of Doctor, Findings and Impression.
