The Role: Technical Content Designer in Customer Service Content Strategy
We're seeking a talented Technical Content Designer with a robust technical background to join our Customer Service Content Strategy team at blithequark. As a Technical Content Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the support experience for both our members and customer service agents. Your expertise will be crucial in creating clear, concise content that helps customers navigate technical issues, such as troubleshooting and device problems, in an intuitive manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex editorial projects from start to finish, defining content strategy, goals, timelines, and reporting.
- Create and edit Customer Service content, including Help Center articles, internal knowledge base content, customer service emails, and other support materials.
- Ensure consistency in content style, tone, and format to meet the evolving expectations of a global audience.
- Collaborate closely with support operations, localization, legal, product design, and engineering teams to align content with business objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and update style guides and editorial training to enhance content quality and efficiency.
- Utilize multiple data sources to provide data-driven analysis and recommendations for content improvement.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A BS/BA degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical content creation, preferably in a customer service or highly technical environment catering to a consumer audience.
- Exceptional writing, editing, project management, and communication skills.
- Extensive experience in UI writing or technical writing for various platforms, including computers, mobile devices, and TVs.
- Familiarity with information architecture and content management systems.

Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation structure is designed to be competitive and rewarding. The annual salary range for this role is $50,000 - $190,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
