This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or any location with a reliable internet connection. Our Data Entry Associates work a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 6 pm PST, allowing for a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering, organizing, and preparing source documents for data entry into our system database, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
  • Reviewing data for discrepancies, missing pages, or information and resolving any issues using standard procedures or by consulting with the team leader.
  • Entering both alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into the appropriate system database with high accuracy.
  • Verifying data entered against the original source documents to ensure accuracy and correcting any data entry errors or duplications.
  • Adhering to data program security practices and procedures at all times to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of our data.
  • Routinely securing information by completing database backups daily.
  • Performing various clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of all personal and financial information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Completing other duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful as a Data Entry Associate at blithequark, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 6 months of related experience in data entry or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Experience working in a medical office is preferred but not required.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems.
