Key Responsibilities

Data Entry and Management

  • Accurately input and update client and booking information into our CRM and booking systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and integrity, adhering to company standards and data protection policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, payments, and client interactions using our CRM system.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel preferences and requirements, providing personalized recommendations and advice.
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.
  • Offer insights and suggestions for travel experiences that match client interests, leveraging your knowledge of destinations and travel trends.

Booking and Scheduling

  • Make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services based on client preferences and budgetary considerations.
  • Coordinate itineraries to ensure all bookings align with client schedules and preferences, confirming bookings and sending detailed itineraries to clients.

Destination Knowledge and Insights

  • Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and safety information for various destinations, sharing your knowledge with clients and the team.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities to provide expert advice and recommendations.

Administrative Tasks

  • Process payments and handle invoicing as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, supporting the team and contributing to the smooth operation of our travel services.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar customer service role or within the travel industry, demonstrating your understanding of customer needs and expectations.
