About Our Company and the Role

Our client is a health and wellness company based in San Francisco, dedicated to providing personalized nutrition services to its members. As a Remote Member Support Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that members receive the support they need to succeed in their health and wellness journeys. You will be the primary point of contact for members after their initial appointment, providing exceptional customer service, scheduling follow-up visits, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct check-ins with members after their initial visit to ensure they had a positive experience and understand the value of the 12-week programs offered.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of the 12-week programs to members and help schedule follow-up visits with their Registered Dietitian.
  • Address any questions or concerns that members may have about telenutrition and escalate any issues to the Support Team lead as needed.
  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to members, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing processes and priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions and update relevant systems and databases.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience working in an outbound customer service or appointment scheduling role.
  • Experience in a high-volume outbound calling role, with the ability to make 100+ calls per day without getting burned out.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and priorities.
  • Reliable personal computer or laptop running Windows 11 with more than 4GB of RAM or MacOS 12.7.4 or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in Google Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar.
  • Previous experience working in healthcare or a strong passion for health and wellness.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing processes and priorities.

You will need to be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
