The Talent Experience Operations (TEO) team plays a vital role in delivering the right talent to candidates for promotion and beyond. As a Contingent Talent Project Manager, you will be part of this team and will be responsible for managing non-salaried personnel, integration, management, and departure from the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in supporting teams from various tools and/or vendors, leveraging their capabilities, providing strategic plans, and implementing new processes, tools, and work.
  • Develop, plan, and deliver startup ideas with strong project management skills.
  • Find and solve problems with recommendations or creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with integrated teams to develop and update systems and processes to simplify user experience and ensure data integrity for expertise.
  • Install and maintain systems to meet requirements and measure improvements to maintain quality.
  • Consult and act as a bridge between business, technology, and information teams to meet needs.
  • Guide the journey of different people's Netflix experiences and create and manage important views and information so that different roles can be fulfilled effectively.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively by making things easier and making sure everyone hits the key points and details to get things done.
  • Drive change by involving end users in the journey to ensure collaboration, understanding, and accountability to make the changes needed to ensure long-term success.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in Human Resources or temporary work with a preference for asset management and operations, including but not limited to VMS (Mandatory), ATS, or HRIS.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to tell a story based on understanding and perspective.
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills to connect the dots and show the impact of the proposal.
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to be predictable, meet deadlines, and hold others to account.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment driven by rapid business change.
  • A proven track record of driving change and implementing new processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to make complex concepts simple and interesting.
