Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team at blithequark. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, design requirements, and manage project plans. You'll also be responsible for analyzing data, identifying risks, and communicating clearly with partners across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Planners to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC).
  • Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design requirements, and manage project plans.
  • Analyze data, identify risks, and communicate clearly with partners across the organization.
  • Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale.
  • Drive process improvement through data analysis, visualization, and business recommendations based on 3PDC data.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-year certification or identical reasonable experience.
  • 3 years of experience with program management.
  • 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and controlling data sets using SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • 3 years of experience with technical program/project management jobs.
  • Experience identifying, conveying, and collaborating with stakeholders inside at least one teams to drive impact and work toward shared objectives.
  • Excellent analytical, data visualization, and decision-making skills.
