Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, remote care to participants through our 8-week evidence-based program, utilizing your expertise in psychotherapy and solution-focused approaches.
• Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications, and care coordination recommendations, and document session notes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate as a member of our care team, collaborating with coaches and clinical supervisors to ensure comprehensive support for participants.
• Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters, following company protocols to ensure participant safety and well-being.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA Privacy & Security policies and participating in annual training requirements.
• Engage in regularly scheduled meetings with supervisors, monthly team meetings, and Town Halls to stay informed and aligned with our mission and goals.

Essential Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for a minimum of 10 hours per week, within the hours of 9am-8pm local time.
• Strong clinical skills, with experience conducting psychotherapy and utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with participants and collaborate with colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in obtaining licensure in other states, to expand your reach and impact.
• Clinical experience working with diverse populations and addressing a range of mental health concerns.

What We Offer

As a Remote Part Time 1099 Therapist with AbleTo, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $40-$60 per session hour, dependent on your state of residence.
