Senior Merchant Services Sales Consultant
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Partner with relationship bankers and managers to maintain and grow customer relationships.
• Review issues, policies, or procedures related to Merchant Services Sales.
• Provide software solutions, standalone terminals, Ecommerce solutions, and mobile solutions.
• Prospect new opportunities within the Merchant Services Sales functional area.
• Independently resolve moderately complex issues.
• Collaborate with peers and middle-level managers to resolve issues and achieve business objectives.
• Consult on complex customer-specific payment solutions, including business needs assessments and analyzing financial statements.
Requirements
• 4+ years of Merchant Services Sales experience or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Strong negotiation and influence skills.
• Direct-sourcing and prospecting new client experience.
• Experience consistently delivering strong sales performance.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in plan proposals and strong sales product acumen.
