Key Responsibilities

  • Participating in quality management exercises, including the development and implementation of QM Work Plans, to meet quality targets.
  • Conducting clinical and administrative reviews for various lines of business, utilizing measurement and analysis to process, assess, and make recommendations.
  • Creating review tools for all populations and tracking the fulfillment of remedial action plans.
  • Completing data entry on all review tools and participating in inter-rater reliability and scoring guidelines.
  • Attending QM meetings and contributing to discussions on quality improvement initiatives.
  • Conducting post-employment surveys with clinical and leadership staff to review survey results and assisting in the development of remedial action plans.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least one year of experience in healthcare or social health, with a strong understanding of clinical operations and quality management principles.
  • Ability to travel to suppliers' offices up to 80% of the time, as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and data integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • RN or LPN certification, demonstrating a strong clinical background and understanding of healthcare operations.
  • Clinical Record QM Evaluating Experience or Case Management Experience, indicating a proven track record in quality management and improvement initiatives.
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
