As a Business Development Representative, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with account managers to identify new opportunities, develop existing relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads through cold calling and email campaigns, building rapport with clients and establishing a strong presence in the market.
  • Plan and maintain relationships with qualified leads, ensuring seamless handoffs to account managers and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities in Salesforce, ensuring data-driven insights and informed decision-making.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to Southwest Business Group and clients, responding to and managing sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in ad-hoc sales projects, promotions, and initiatives, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive business outcomes.
  • Negotiate and execute corporate agreements, including Quick Rewards Business and the Groups program, delivering value to clients and driving revenue growth.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field, with a track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
