The Role: Swedish Content Moderator

As a Remote Swedish Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to review and correct content on various Swedish platforms. You'll work closely with our AI and bot departments, utilizing your linguistic expertise and cultural understanding to ensure that our clients' platforms provide a safe and engaging user experience. Your role is crucial in supporting our automated systems, investigating user reports, and making informed decisions about content moderation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate content on Swedish platforms, ensuring compliance with our clients' guidelines and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with AI and bot teams to improve content moderation processes and outcomes.
  • Investigate user reports and make informed decisions about content, balancing user safety with freedom of expression.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in content moderation.
  • Work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Native Swedish speaker with fluent English (C1 level or higher).
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Open-minded and comfortable working with diverse cultures and teams.
