Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate tax audits, planning, and strategy for our clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of tax matters.
• Review and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure tax compliance, identifying opportunities for tax savings and optimization.
• Provide tax advice on business decisions, taking into account the tax implications of various strategies and ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Assist in the preparation and review of income tax returns for high net worth individuals and corporations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax law and regulations, communicating these changes to clients and team members to ensure awareness and compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in tax review, income tax, and S Corp, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a tax manager role, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree or CPA designation preferred.
