Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative – Transaction Support at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive an iconic experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers online and over the phone to answer customer questions, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments to best support the customer.

  • Complete administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating information in our blithequark systems.
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, including collection policies/laws.
  • Learn and succeed as part of a team, working collaboratively to achieve common goals and objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have at least 1 month of related experience. You should thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced environment, with the ability to speak and listen effectively with customers via phone or in writing. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills. You should be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, you must meet minimum technology requirements, including the type of internet service and speed of internet service, and live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location.
