Job Overview

Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.

  • Assist customers with questions related to roofing services, warranties, quotes, and scheduling, providing clear and concise information to address their needs.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all data is handled with confidentiality and integrity.

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set time limits, demonstrating a customer-first attitude and a commitment to resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements
