Role Summary
As a Customer Success Associate at Blithequark, you will report to the Customer Success Supervisor and play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with new and potential customers to guide them through the shopping experience
- Answering order questions and providing support to customers via telephone, email, and chat
- Building a successful brand by providing exceptional service and support
- Meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Associate at Blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to Customer Interactions: Answering all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
- Empowered Decision-Making: Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
- Empathy and Business Acumen: Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
- Collecting and Sharing Feedback: Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
- Meeting Interaction Targets: Performing a minimum of 70 interactions per shift
Role Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Success Associate at Blithequark, you will need:
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Stable Internet Connection: Access to a consistently stable internet connection
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
- Creative Problem-Solving: On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
- Fashion Industry Knowledge: A passion for and understanding of the fashion industry, customers, and products
