About the Role: Customer Service Representative
As the face of blithequark, you will be the professional in the airport who crafts meaningful connections and encourages an environment where everybody feels welcome, valued, and respected. You'll be interacting with our domestic and international clients in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing and luggage, greeting clients as they start and end their journey, and doing it with a smile. Key Responsibilities:
- Interacting with customers in a kind and helpful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and retention
 - Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we've inconvenienced a customer
 - Working daily with a safety mentality by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards
 - Handling challenging situations with composure and managing issues while not taking customer frustration personally

Qualifications: What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
 - Minimum of 18 years old
 - Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
 - Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
 - Ability to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
 - Legally authorized to work in America without sponsorship
 - Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience in the airline industry or a related field
 - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
 - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
 - Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
