Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Handle all aspects of customer experience, including content creation, email management, and customer service inquiries. Identify opportunities to improve engagement and develop strategies to drive subscriber growth.
  • Affiliate Program Management: Launch and manage our affiliate program with diverse partners, including moms, teenagers, and retired individuals. Develop and execute plans to drive program growth and success.
  • Business Development: Conduct outreach to financial advisors, lawyers, and life insurance agents to explore partnership opportunities and expand our reach.
  • Product Research: Conduct weekly product research with friends and colleagues to gather feedback and insights, informing product positioning and development.
  • Content Creation: Develop written materials and images for customer emails, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a small team, sharing workload and responsibilities to drive company growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • Parent-Centric Mindset: Understand the mindset of a parent and be able to "live the brand," empathizing with our target audience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer experience, partnerships, entrepreneurship, or working for a rapidly growing startup.

  • Metrics-Driven: Experience with metrics-driven goals and achieving objectives, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $70K - $80K annual base salary, depending on experience.
