About the Role: Customer Service Representative (Remote - Weekends ONLY)
We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team of top performers. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, providing support for our business processes, and being an integral part of our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, and other communication channels, providing timely and effective solutions to customers.
- Exceed daily quotas for inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, demonstrating high productivity and efficiency.
- Record detailed notes of customer communication, maintaining accurate records and identifying trends for escalation.
- Create lifelong customers by delivering creative, personal, comprehensive, and unique responses that showcase the customer's value.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service, responding efficiently and courteously to customer inquiries.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best possible experience for customers.
- Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge.
- Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
- Maintain consistent and undivided attention to assigned responsibilities, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Clear and articulate telephone voice without major background noise or distractions.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
- Self-motivation with strong communication skills, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to learn quickly.
- Reliable individual with consistently excellent work performance and a strong work ethic.
- Experience with a multi-line phone system and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, various cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce, data entry, and word processing.
- Upbeat and positive attitude, with the ability to maintain the reputation of blithequark and assigned clients.
- Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills and a strong customer service background (1-3 years' experience in a customer service capacity).
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed).
- This position is weekends only with a start time of 2 PM or 5 PM EST.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
