Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, providing empathetic and professional support to resolve issues and address questions.
• Manage claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other related customer service tasks.
• Work with customers to solve problems, providing solutions and alternatives as needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, adhering to blithequark's 5-star service standards.
• Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey complex information to customers.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously, efficiently managing workflows and priorities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback.

Essential Qualifications:

• Previous call center customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry or a related field.
• Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented approach.
• Empathy and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proper grammar, professional language, and word choice.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems at a time, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• A score of 80% or above on the eSkills test is required for all candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience or call center experience.
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly in Medicare or a related field.
• Previous Medicare experience, with knowledge of Medicare policies and procedures.
• Medical background or knowledge of medical terminology.
