**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key business issues and develop data-driven solutions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business issues and develop data-driven solutions
* Design and implement data models, databases, and data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics
* Develop and maintain data pipelines, APIs, and integrations to support data ingestion and processing
* Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends and patterns in data
* Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast business outcomes
* Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
* Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and expertise
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
* Strong proficiency in data analysis software and tools, including Excel, SQL, Python, R, and Tableau
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or QlikView
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with data modeling, database design, and data warehousing
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
