**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound calls, respond to emails, and engage with customers via chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns
* Understand and apply blithequark's policies and procedures to ensure seamless daily operations
* Demonstrate a strong phone presence and professional demeanor when interacting with customers, particularly those with less than perfect credit
* Achieve high satisfaction ratings on customer surveys and provide feedback to improve service quality
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive hourly rate starting at $17-$18.90, with opportunities to increase take-home pay
* Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives, including bonuses and rewards

**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or financial services environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
