As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your values and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative (Work from Home) – Property & Casualty Insurance Expert, you will be responsible for handling property and casualty (P&C) related customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems via the telephone. You will provide customers with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium, while also identifying opportunities to apply discounts and process insurance verification forms for insured.
