Position Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance and investments, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Executive at Workwarp, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting consultations, developing client relationships, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach activities. Utilize various channels, including social media, email marketing, and referrals, to generate leads and expand our client base.
  • Client Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial objectives. Recommend tailored training programs that align with their needs and goals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and drive repeat business. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our training programs.
  • Sales Techniques: Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections, address concerns, and close deals. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position our training programs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and operations teams to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales materials. Provide feedback and insights to enhance our sales approach and training programs.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and up-to-date records.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop a results-oriented mindset, focusing on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Sales Experience: Have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the financial services or education industry.
  • Financial Markets Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and investment products.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-Oriented: Possess a results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant Certifications: Hold relevant certifications, such as Series 7 or Series 63.
  • Financial Industry Experience: Have experience working in the financial industry, preferably in sales or client relations.
  • Lead Generation Experience: Have experience with lead generation, preferably in a B2B or financial services setting.
