You'll be the face of blithequark, providing personalized support and building strong relationships with our customers. * **Data Management**: Utilize various computer software and applications to navigate customer accounts, document case notes, process orders, and handle payment information efficiently. You'll be the master of our systems, ensuring seamless and secure transactions. * **Brand Representation**: Serve as an ambassador for the blithequark brand, personalizing each interaction to foster customer loyalty and retention. You'll be the voice of our brand, showcasing our values and commitment to customer satisfaction. * **Performance Standards**: Consistently meet attendance requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high service quality. You'll be driven to deliver exceptional results, exceeding our customers' expectations. * **Information Security**: Uphold the safety, security, and privacy of all customer information in compliance with company policies. You'll be efficient, accurate, and able to navigate our systems with ease. * **Availability**: Must be able to work 32-40 hours weekly, with various 8-10 hour shifts during the following hours of operation: 10 am-7 pm Sunday, 7 am-8 pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am-6 pm Saturday (CST). Please note that business hours may change during peak times to meet coverage and business needs. **Work From Home Requirements** As a Seasonal Chat Support Representative, you'll need to meet the following work-from-home requirements: * A dedicated, secure, and distraction-free workspace. * A desktop or laptop (with the latest Operating System installed). No tablets or Chromebooks. * 2 functional monitors (a laptop and a monitor or a desktop and 2 monitors). * A cell phone with an active service with a cell phone provider, phone number, and a cell phone charger. * A web camera (an integrated web camera is permitted) and a cell phone headset with a microphone. * A stable and reliable internet connection of 50Mps download speed and 5Mps upload speed (check your internet speed at speedtest.net).
