Job Summary
The Sales Merchandiser position is a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of an Account Manager and Merchandiser. As a Sales Merchandiser, you'll serve as the primary contact between Workwarp management and store management, building strong relationships with our customers while driving business growth through sales and product promotions. You'll be responsible for regularly stocking products on shelves and in coolers, ensuring that our products are displayed prominently and that our customers have a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management and other key stakeholders to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
 - Product Promotion: Educate and excite customers about our leading portfolio of beverages, promoting our products and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
 - Merchandising: Regularly stock products on shelves and in coolers, ensuring that our products are displayed prominently and that our customers have a positive shopping experience.
 - Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage company assets, and ensure that promotional ad signage and displays are properly maintained.
 - Order Management: Determine stores' product needs and transmit appropriate replenishment orders to ensure that our customers have the products they need to meet customer demand.
 - Communication and Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with account activities to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
 - Physical Demands: Regular lifting of up to 40 pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling, and merchandising.
 
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
 - Experience: 1+ year of general work experience required; 1+ year of relevant sales experience preferred.
 - Skills:
	
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
 - Planning and Organization: Excellent planning and organization skills.
 - Computer Applications: Proficient computer application skills.
 - Physical Abilities: Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push up to 40 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach.
 - Driving: Valid driver's license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets company requirements.
