Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to lead and drive business growth with Costco. This role requires a unique blend of analytical, strategic, and operational expertise to execute complex projects, forecast sales, and provide actionable insights. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing a deep understanding of our client and company strategy, aligning with Costco’s direction and goals
  • Providing day-to-day operational support to the Costco sales team, including:
    • Scheduling demos
    • Tracking orders
    • Reconciling discrepancies
  • Utilizing Costco CRX data to generate business-building insights, strategy, and forecasting plans
  • Providing additional retail context at the category, retailer, and industry levels to supplement insights and broaden clients’ understanding of key sales drivers and risks
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and excellence

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of experience supporting day-to-day business operations of a Costco account
  • Proven experience leveraging CRX data to generate business-building insights and strategy with sales teams
  • Experience utilizing CRX data for building forecasting plans with sales teams
  • Strong knowledge of the Costco audit process
  • Radical curiosity about the club channel and the constantly changing marketplace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting trade management and promotional activities at Costco
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ownership mindset, with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
