Key Responsibilities

As our Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including:

  • Analyzing and improving internal business development workflows to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals
  • Overseeing Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting, and harnessing its data to inform business decisions
  • Interacting with independent sales agents to align processes and ensure seamless collaboration
  • Collaborating with Service Provider partners on APIs, data and pricing updates, contracting, and provisioning automations
  • Providing business performance analysis and generating reports to drive informed decision-making
  • Working with Business Development and Customer Success teams to develop accurate sales forecasts, ensure targets are met, and provide customer and partner insights
  • Training new hires on Salesforce and ensuring that all teams have the tools, processes, and information they need to succeed
  • Assisting in setting company targets and tracking progress, as well as preparing proposals, contracts, and other client-facing and partner-facing documents
  • Documenting processes to ensure that all workflows are standardized and repeatable
  • Evaluating, implementing, and managing sales-related tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and analytics platforms
  • Drafting and administering bonus plans to ensure clarity and accuracy in performance-based compensation

Who You Are

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager with:

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, with a passion for data analysis and reporting

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, or a related field
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in the digital infrastructure or technology industry
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
  • Experience with bonus plan administration and performance-based compensation
