Job Purpose and Responsibilities
As a Sales Recruiter, you'll be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and referring diverse and well-qualified candidates for open sales positions. Your goal will be to support our sales management team by finding and engaging top talent, guiding candidates through our selection and onboarding process, and ensuring that assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates for open sales positions
- Create well-written, creative, and engaging job advertisements and screen resumes/applications
- Contact candidates to ascertain fit and partner with hiring managers to schedule interviews
- Negotiate compensation, create, deliver, and close job offers
- Initiate onboarding plans for new hires and ensure a smooth transition
- Build and maintain healthy pipelines of qualified candidates for open roles
- Maintain the integrity of our applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide actionable reporting to management and hiring managers
- Act as a champion of the candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint delights, informs, and supports the candidate
- Find and engage talent via existing talent pools and pipelines and by creating new ones
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field from a four-year college or university
- Three to five years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare or telehealth environment
- Proven track record of successful, high-volume sales professional recruiting
- In-depth knowledge of working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
- Strong people skills, outgoing, friendly, and able to build internal and external relationships easily
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Resilient and able to work well under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
