Job Overview

As a Sales Representative with Symmetry Financial Group, you'll be responsible for following our proven sales strategy to earn commissions and build a successful career. With no safety net and no ceiling, your income potential is uncapped, and you'll have the opportunity to earn $50,000 to $100,000 and up in commissions. Plus, you'll be eligible for bonuses and raises based on your performance, not a boss's discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through virtual meetings, phone calls, and in-person meetings
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements:

• Life and Health Insurance license for your state (we'll provide the course if needed)
