As a Medicaid Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your role will involve:

  • Assisting customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of our product and/or service
  • Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
  • Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services

  • Document call-related information, including customer interactions, issues, and resolutions, for auditing and reporting purposes

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
