**Job Summary**
As a Data Administrator at blithequark, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our core data management systems, particularly in relation to customer account records and B2B client data. Your duties will include managing request volumes, handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner to meet service level targets. **Key Responsibilities**
* Execute requests to update and maintain customer account records in core data management systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve data-related problems
* Provide exceptional customer support and service
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and develop new processes
* Assist in project management and lead initiatives independently, including defining, developing, documenting, and executing multiple related tasks
**Essential Qualifications**
* Working knowledge of relational databases and enterprise software interfaces
* Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
