Job Summary
As a Seasonal Associate - Remote Customer Experience Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and promoting our brand. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide product information.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
- Issue Resolution: Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment.
- Omnichannel Support: Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Point of Sale/Register Transactions: Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
- Floor Replenishment and Shipment: Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
- Promotional Events and Brand Loyalty Program: Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
- Store Loss Prevention: Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Positive and Solutions-Oriented Mindset: A positive and solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills.
- Effective Communication: Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Multitasking: The ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service.
- Familiarity with Omnichannel Support: Familiarity with omnichannel support and point of sale systems.
Physical Demands
- Lifting and Bending: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Standing and Walking: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder.
- Availability: Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
