Job Summary
This Senior Analyst, Account Management position is responsible for member-facing outreach to support Medicare Part D Stars initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in Medicare Stars, managed care, or population health, with excellent communication and analytical skills. As a Senior Analyst, you will execute clinical pharmacy programs, coordinate strategies for increasing adherence, and utilize motivational interviewing and health coaching to impact member behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Clinical Pharmacy Programs: Implement and manage clinical pharmacy programs to support Medicare Part D Stars initiatives.
- Coordinate Adherence Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to increase adherence to medication regimens.
- Motivational Interviewing and Health Coaching: Utilize motivational interviewing and health coaching techniques to impact member behavior and improve health outcomes.
- Communication with Pharmacies and Providers: Collaborate with pharmacies and provider offices as needed to support clinical programs.
- Internal and External Collaboration: Ensure effective collaboration with internal and external partners to support clinical programs.
- Business and Operational Process Improvement: Work with leadership and management to adapt and strengthen business and operational processes.
- Travel: This position may involve up to 10% travel.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ year of experience with Medicare Stars, managed care, or population health.
- Customer-Facing Experience: 2+ years of customer or patient-facing experience.
- Pharmacy and Claims Processing: 1-2 years of experience with pharmacy and claims processing.
- Organizational and Analytical Skills: Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Communication Skills: Superior communication skills with patients and clinicians.
- Prioritization: Ability to prioritize daily to monthly deliverables.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or equivalent clinical training.
- Formulary Designs and Prescription Benefit Trends: Knowledge of formulary designs and prescription benefit trends.
- Bilingual: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Medical Terminology: Knowledge of medical terminology.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive total rewards package, including:
- Salary Range: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00.
