Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our Cybersecurity and Digital Risk team. As a Senior IAM Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing, strengthening, and securing our company's IAM systems and overall security posture. You will work closely with development teams, IT security experts, and other stakeholders to integrate secure identity solutions throughout the product lifecycle and foster open communication and collaboration to ensure successful IAM implementation and adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the implementation and administration of IAM platforms, including Ping Identity, Okta, MS Azure, and ForgeRock
  • Respond to break/fix requests, monitor environment, support Digital Technology in any change management process for development, QA, and production environments
  • Respond to Level 2 tickets including bugs, outages, new feature requests, and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Ensure IAM solutions adhere to regulatory, compliance, and internal requirements, including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS
  • Maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures, and provide reports as requested for compliance
  • Work with Cyber Defense and other departments as needed to ensure IAM security is aligned with the overall security strategy
  • Collaborate with development teams and other IAM service consumers to provide guidance on the implementation and usage of IAM capabilities in enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with other IAM team members to provide guidance on IAM-related matters and provide input to solution design and system support
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and IAM best practices, and implement new technologies and processes to maintain a robust and secure IAM environment

Essential Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology)

Experience

  • 4+ years of related experience in Identity and Access Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field

Technical Skills

  • Expert-level understanding of Enterprise or Customer Identity & Access Management, Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentications (MFA), and Authentication, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance & Administration concepts
  • In-depth understanding of identity protocols and technologies: OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth, SAML, AD-Fed, API Gateways, SCIM
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection, identity proofing, and identity verification technologies
  • Expertise in modern software lifecycle development and automated cloud infrastructure deployment
  • Understanding of policies that reflect system security objectives
  • Ability to determine how a security system works (including its resilience and dependability capabilities) and how changes in conditions, operations, or the environment will affect these outcomes
  • In-depth understanding of at least one of the following area-specific tools: EIAM-Delinea, Duo, Oracle Access Manager, Sailpoint, Saviynt

Other Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • Master's degree in a related field (Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Computer Science)

Experience

  • 6+ years of related experience in Identity and Access Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field

Certifications

  • CISA, CISM, CISSP

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of organizational standards and policies (ISO, NIST)
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations (SOX, PCI, FAA, GDPR, PII)
